A scheme of an objects layout - as an object to the environment impact assesment and ecological expertise 

Annotation: in the article is considered the methodological foundations of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) and environmental review for a scheme of an objects layout of economic activity. The article include concretization of notion «natural object» in the case of land in various categories. It is shown that the nature of EIA and expertise will depend on the detalisation of the developed scheme. It is formulated restrictions completeness of the EIA at this stage and suggestions on the contents of the EIA.

Revitalization of industrial areas in the centre of Chelyabinsk on the embankments of the river Miass

Annotation: the article examines the principles and the tasks of revitalization of industrial areas in сentral areas of cities. An overview of the architectural concepts for the re-development of two sites which are located in the waterfront area of the river of Chelyabinsk, employed in the present industrial - combine of bakeries and plant plexiglass. The article is illustrated with examples of the graduation projects of students of the architectural faculty of the SUSU.

The kaleidoscope of meanings of architectural space

Annotation: the article is devoted to the analysis of forms of architectural space based on a semiotic approach. Space of architecture as a place of stay of the person in conditions of modernity appears as text with many meanings. However, the main theme of the architecture of the present time is the theme of a Creator. A creative person is able to exist, understand its purpose and be free.

Making airfield plates PAG-20 on technology formless

Annotation: this article discusses the technological features of manufacturing airfield plates with the transition from aggregate-flow production line in a bench with a view to reducing metal structure by eliminating the transverse reinforcement and reduction of crane operations. Problems of citys squares and stopping complexes (on the example the city of Сhelyabinsk)

Annotation: the requirements imposed to improvement of the territory of Chelyabinsk main in work, described in the specifications and technical documentation, and also in the Decision of the Chelyabinsk City Council in 2012 are considered. During researches of city parks and squares, and also stopping complexes it is established that often their improvement and an arrangement adversely affects an ecological situation in the city, safety and social perception of these objects. Also sociological researches in the form of questioning of citizens of various age about need of reconstruction of city squares for the purpose of understanding of importance of these cultural objects for the city in general were conducted. Most of respondents spoke in favor of reconstruction, motivating it with formation at younger generation of cultural values and standards of behavior in society, increase of safety on these sites in a night-time and trust of citizens to authorities of the city.
